Kuaska tasted his first saison in the late 1970s, and it was love at first sight. In this highly anticipated workshop, he will take you by the hand on a journey back in time, telling the story of the early rustic beers brewed by Walloon farmers, followed by an in-depth comparison with Saison or Farmhouse Ales (as the Americans called them), more or less rustic and more or less close to their original archetypes.
