A hands-on wood carving workshop led by Claudio Marchi (Legno Narrante), where you’ll craft your own oak cup and use it right away.
You’ll learn the basics of gouge carving while shaping your one-of-a-kind piece, exploring the connection between wood and beer. Then comes a special tasting: beer poured directly from aging barrels in the cellar, served in the cup you’ve just created.
Claudio has collaborated with Ca’ del Brado and will share techniques, stories, and secrets of wood applied to beer.
