White IPA collaboration with Birrificio Rurale. It is based on our "Bunny" yeast isolated from our barrels, propagated by Rurale, on the common experience of using unmalted wheat from the "Grani Alti" project and from "Cascina Biblioteca" for Birrificio Rurale. We have combined 4 varieties of hops: Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Vic Secret. A blend that promises energy and freshness with every sip.
