Wild Grodziskie made in collaboration with Pinta Barrel Brewing (Poland). Brewed in the traditional way with 100% oak-smoked wheat malt and Polish Lubelski hops. It is then aged 9 months in barrels. Copernicana is a sour beer with smoky notes, enriched by our typical cellar funkyness
